1. Walk – In – Cold Room

2. Pre Fabricated Puf Panels

These panels are modular in nature and pre fabricated sandwich type CFC Free panels, available in standard, modular lengths starting from 300mm, Height ranges from 12mt. The panels consists of two outer skins with an inner insulated core made up of self extinguishing Rigid - Polyurethane Foam with high insulation co-efficient of 60 -80 -100 -120 -150 mm thickness for Chiller & Freezer applications.

INNO COOL PANELS:

3. Refrigeration Units

The heart of Cold Generation, INNO COOL Cold Room are equipped with the latest state of art of Refrigeration System’s Consist of:

Out Door Unit comprising of

  • Air cooled Or Water Cooled Condensing systems
  • Hermatic Or Semi hermatic compressors
  • High Efficiency Evaporators equipped with Auto Hot
  • All metallic Casings in Galvanized steel with powder coating finishes to withstand H500 SS test
  • Safety systems like High & Low pressure cutouts, Microprocessor based Digital Display thermo controls and Electronic control Panel

In Door Unit comprising of

  • Stainless Steel Evaporator  and mounted inside the cold room and condensate drain provided from it
  • The inter connection of indoor unit and the out door unit with inner grooved copper refrigeration pipe line and electrical wiring
  • Our indoor units are encased with  Imported Fan motors
  • Our indoor units are fitted with high capacity and life time lubricated fan motors imported from Germany
  • Our cooling coils made up of inner grooved copper tubes for more heat transfer efficiency

4.TUNNEL FREEZER

    5. RIPEINING CHAMBER / FRUIT / VEGETABLE  COLD STORAGES

    Ripening chamber for Banana / Mango / Guva / Papaya as per DIN Standard

    Temperature:
         Different fruits need different temperatures to get optimum ripening, the rough thumb rule is that the temperature for ripening will be the lowest possible temperature the fruit can withstand without injury. Generally all fruit ripening temperatures fall between 18 deg cent. to 22 deg. cent.

    Ethylene:
         A catalytic Ethylene generator capable of bringing ethylene levels to 400 ppm in closed rooms of 200 cu. meters is provided. This can be optionally controlled from the central microprocessor unit. For larger facilities we have developed a centralized system.

    Ventilation:
         Every fruit respires and from time to time air changes are necessary as oxygen levels drop and co2 levels increase. In order to decrease co2 levels air changes are effected by a speci ally designed blower, which is used for ventilating.

    6.AHU’S Single / Double Skin

    Double Skin Air Handling Units :
    PACE make Double Skin Air Handling Units with 22/24G G.I. pre coated/ powder coated sheets panels with 25mm thick PUF insulation, High / Low static pressure blowers, CHW coils, Pre and HEPA filters according to requirement. AHU’s are provided Inspection and maintenance doors for DOP test of HEPA filter, Filter cleaning etc.

    FAN SECTION is having multivane forward/backward curved centrifugal blowers mounted on tabular shaft which runs in ball bearing. Impeller if fan is dynamic balanced for silent and vibration free performance.

    FILTER SECTION is having easy fitting arrangement to fit HDPE Pre, Fine and HEPA filters as per requirement of the system and also provided maintenance door for filter cleaning and maintenance work.

    COIL SECTION is designed as per the size of the DX/CHW coil required for the system. Surrounding part of the coil inside the AHU is fixed with G.I. sheets. Coil tray is fabricated in S.S. 304 from inside and G.I. sheet from outside with insulation.
